Q. What are the sizes of your jars?
A. Please see each individual item, as the dimensions differs between products.
Q. What can the jars be used for after the lollies have finished?
A. The use of these jars are endless – pen pots, preservation, decoration. Pinterest is great for this!

Q. Are your lollies gluten free?
A. Please check under allergens/claims/warnings on each individual product.
Q. Are your lollies vegetarian/vegan?
A. Please check under allergens/claims/warnings on each individual product.
Q. Can the jars be placed in the dishwasher after use?
A. We would not recommend this as the decorations on the outside would be destroyed, however the glass should be handwashed with warm soapy water only.
Q. What are the best before dates on the lollies?
A. All products will be well within their best before date. The best before date should be present on the base or back of the product.
Q. What is the serving size of the drinking chocolate cones?
A. Each chocolate cone should be approximately 3 servings.
Delivery and returns
Q. Do you offer pick up?
A. Sorry – we do not offer pick up.
Q. How much is delivery?
A. Delivery varies on weight and its destination. This can be determined at checkout prior to payment. See our shipping page here.
Q. How do I receive free delivery?
A. If you spend over $100, you will receive free nationwide delivery. If you spend over $20 in the postal area (7615 or 7614, Rolleston) you will receive free delivery. This is automatically applied at checkout.
Q. How long from ordering will it take me to receive my goods?
A. From the time of ordering, we plan to dispatch your item(s) within 2-5 working days, however this can vary depending on volume of work. You will be notified via email when your items have been dispatched.
Q. Can you explain to me the delivery subsidy for certain postcodes?
A. If you live in the postal code zone 7615 or 7614 (Rolleston) your delivery will cost just $2 for the entire package regardless of how many items you order. This will be automatic at checkout. If you order over $20 in this postal area, you will receive free delivery!
Q. How will my goods be delivered?
A. All our products will be wrapped in bubble wrap, within a postal bag/box for safe transportation.
Q. Where are the lollies sourced from?
A. All our lollies are locally sourced in New Zealand.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver nationally anywhere in New Zealand. Postal prices vary depending on location. We currently do not deliver internationally but could be a possibility in the future.
Q. Do you offer returns?
A. Due to the nature of our items we do not accept returns.

A. We accept all major credit cards via our payment provider Stripe. All your payments will be secure.
