At Of Joy we make all our handcrafted products to order and they are available to everyone to enjoy in New Zealand. We deliver nationwide, including to rural addresses (at an additional cost). This will be added automatically at checkout.

From the time of order, we plan to dispatch your item(s) within 2-5 working days, however, this can vary depending on the volume of work. You will be notified via email when your item(s) have been dispatched along with any tracking information.
If an order is more urgent, please contact us directly and we will try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but this may not always be feasible.
We do not offer pick ups or send to PO boxes.
Each of our products are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and are tracked with NZ Post/Aramex.
Shipping is calculated dependent on the items ordered and is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: If you have the postcode 7615 or 7614, your delivery charge will automatically be $2 regardless of the number of products ordered. If you order over $20 in this postal area, you will receive free delivery!

Damaged and lost goods

Every effort will be made to ensure our products are secure and wrapped in bubble wrap and any parcels sent will be labelled with a “fragile” label.
In the unseen circumstances one of our parcels arrives damaged or becomes lost, please contact us directly and we will be more than happy to assist you.
